Shipping Options

Orders placed on our website for $99 or more qualify for free postage Australia wide. Our current postal company is Australia Post, using Registered Post Parcels; each parcel has a unique tracking code.

Shipping Time

We try and keep the shipping time as short as possible. Where possible orders are sent on the day you ordered. Depending on the size of the parcel the approximate shipping times are (in business days and don’t include public holidays):
Sydney 1-2 days
Brisbane 1-3 days
Melbourne 3-4 days
Adelaide – 3-5 days
Perth – 6-10 days (depending on size of order, most seem to be closer to 10 days)
Hobart – 3-8 days
Darwin – 6-8 days
Areas outside the capital cities may take a little longer to arrive.

International Orders

We do not ship any items overseas at present.
If you are paying with an international credit card we will need to verify your payment prior to shipping your order. This will add a few days to your order

Returns:

We have a 10 day time limit for change/exchange of items for either change of mind or fault. The item to be returned must have its original packaging, and the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. After we receive the returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for the money to be refunded to your card. Please email us to receive a return authorization number service@clubstrong.com.au.
No Returns or exchanges on sale items.
