Thank you for shopping with us. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your order.
Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only) We currently ship within Australia only via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to Australia Post delays.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@clubstrong.com.au and we'll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
